The second resulting from seaside regeneration through the arts which is happening now. In Folkestone, the driving forces for these two movements were Lord Radnor, lord of the manor in the Victorian era and Roger DeHann of Saga, the town’s biggest employer , in our own time. This tour will look mainly at buildings created as a result of these two periods of regeneration.
